I have been in the catering sector for the entirety of my career, over 30 years now. I have a wealth of experience in all areas of catering from Pubs and Fine Dining Restaurants to Contract Catering and Outside Events. I run a successful chef recruitment agency called Yorkshire Chef Solutions and we are partnered with a variety of prestige football and rugby clubs across the north.

After studying Hotel and Hospitality Management at University I then went on to work in 4* & 5* hotels in Central London, until I relocated to Wakefield where I ran and oversaw all corporate hospitality (Executive boxes and restaurant) at all home fixtures at a Super League Rugby Club. I absolutely love getting to know our customers and hearing their stories and what they are about and then tailoring the service to not only meet but to exceed the customer's needs wants and expectations.
